The kids of the Monkey Bear Lion held one of the much anticipated event of the year, which is the Star Festival (Tanabata). We started the day with our interactive morning circle and we got to do festival dances. After a while, we joined the classes upstairs for the celebration. Everyone listened fascinatingly to the story of Orihime and Hikoboshi. They got to sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars", too. We went back to our classroom and got to make the amanogawa or the milky way. All the kids wished to make their dreams come true. Everyone got to show their best poses and had their pictures taken. In the afternoon, they had gymnastics class. Thank you for always viewing our blog!
