KOALA PANDA RABBIT TANABATA FESTIVAL SCHOOL FUN

Today the Koala Panda Rabbit kids had a wonderful experience inside the school as we celebrate the Tanabata Festival, also known as the "Star Festival". We started the day with our morning circle. The kids enjoyed reviewing the vocabulary about insects through our picture cards matching games. After then, we proceed to the preparation of the our event today which is the Tanabata Festival. It was one of the Japanese summer festival held every July 7th, derived from an old legend of separated lovers. During Tanabata, the kids write their wishes on brightly colored strips of paper called “tanzaku” and hang them from bamboo branches to have them granted. The kids also enjoyed dancing and singing the Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

Today was so much fun together with their friends!

We would like to invite our dear parents to visit and browse the Photo Step website for more photos to avail!
