As an important part of the Japanese culture, the kids of the Monkey Bear Lion celebrated Setsubun this cloudy weather Friday. Wearing their cute monster hats, they made beans out of newspapers and threw them on to the monster character for the event. They also got to listen to the story of the of the Setsubun origin and they even made a promise of keeping the good character in each and everyone. Everyone enjoyed the bean throwing games.
