It's a wonderful day to talk about the holiday next week that is Koi no bori or Carp Streamers. They all listened to Akiko Sensei and she read them a story about it.
There are also big carp streamers that hang on the classroom's ceiling. The blue one is the father with the children on his sides and the pink one is their mother.
Rabbit, Monkey, Bear and Lion Teams sat together and enjoyed the story behind the koi fish.

After that, they ate a special meal that the cook prepared for them. There were also small carp streamers on top of the rice.Yummy!
